Due to the high number of applications, all available funding has been allocated and Fall 2025 semester is now closed. Should additional funding become available, the program will re-open via notification on this site. Please check regularly for updates.

We will begin accepting applications for the Winter 2026 semester from past QUP ECE recipients as of November 24, 2025.

All other applicants, including New, Leadership and CECE Reimbursement, can apply beginning December 8th, 2025.
