Updating Your Profile Information – What You Need to Know

Providing accurate information in your profile and application is important. It prevents delays and allows you to receive important documents, like your T4A without issue.

Here’s how to update your information:

Change of Address: Please update your profile with any address changes. Note that updating a specific application will not change it within your profile or previous applications. Your T4A will be mailed to be address listed in your profile.

Change of Legal Name: If you need to update your name, you must submit a legal document showing your former and new names, for example a change of name certificate or marriage certificate. ID with your new name only is not valid.
