Priority funding for past QUP applicants

The Ontario ECE Grant Program, while immensely beneficial, faces the challenge of limited funding. In response to valuable applicant feedback, we’ve opted to prioritize existing applicants for funding, recognizing their commitment and investment in their education. To ensure fair and efficient distribution, we’re introducing two distinct funding windows for each semester. This approach not only addresses the needs of current applicants but also secures their initial investment, empowering them to pursue their journey to ECE. By offering advanced consideration to existing applicants, we aim to maximize the impact of the program and support the growth and development of aspiring early childhood educators across Ontario.

Starting July 22, 2024, we will be accepting applications for the Fall 2024 semester from past applicants only. All other applicants, including those for the Leadership Grant program, can apply beginning August 6, 2024.
