We’re committed to making the application process smoother for you! We’ve reached out to our college contacts to clarify the importance of the letter of intent. The letter of intent is used for sponsorship, when Ontario ECE Grants pays your fees directly to your college. This document can be provided even if the enrolment period at your college has not yet open.
If you are approved for sponsorship, Ontario ECE Grants will notify your college. Once the withdrawal window closes, colleges will send invoices to Ontario ECE Grants. If you see outstanding fees, please refer to the sponsorship email you received at the time of approval and contact the college representative listed in the email.
If you do pay your fees as a sponsored student, please note it will be your responsibility to seek reimbursement from your college.
